1. Fixing appointments and enquiry visit conversion2. Telephone etiquette with call quality adherence3. First Call Resolution (FCR) of enquiry calls4. Average wait time of patients during the call (Call holding)5. Call transfer rate6. Customer call frequency7. Ensure all the calls are answered properly without getting missed out8. Quality parameters followed as per SOP's9. Feedback from the patients and their satisfaction
